Returns & Exchanges

Every AdaVie piece is made to order, just for you. Because each item is printed after you order it, we can't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or sizing. Please check the size guide before ordering. We're always happy to help you choose!

Our Love It Promise ♡

It truly matters to us that you love what you ordered. If something isn't right, email us at crew@adaviethreads.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll work hard to find a solution with you.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll refund you.

Cancellations

Because production starts quickly, orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order is already being made.

EU & UK customers

For items that are not personalized, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason. Just email crew@adaviethreads.com with your order number and the items you'd like to cancel. We'll refund the item price and standard shipping within 14 days to your original payment method, and you're welcome to keep or donate the item; there's no need to send it back.

Personalized items (for example custom numbers, names, messages or custom colors) are made to your specifications, so they can't be canceled unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
